Fairyland - Forest Magical Creatures
Welcome to Fairyland.
I wouldn't say that this is a secret place, but rather that it is hidden from uninitiated eyes.
Here, we, the faes, coexist harmoniously with the forest elementals. Occasionally, giants come to visit us, but they rarely manage to see us. It's not that we're hiding, though! But I believe giants have a little issue with magic, like a spell cast upon them that, until enough individuals unravel it, will continue to render all their members blind to our presence.
I quite enjoy spying on them, albeit from a distance, so as not to get squashed by their clumsy big feet. Sometimes, some try very hard to see us; some who have realised that magic is real, that all it takes is to believe, to open their eyes wide, and most importantly, to stop making so much noise. Some even succeed, but unfortunately, they are not numerous enough for the spell to completely dissipate. But it will come, I trust. More and more seem to be waking up from their cursed half-sleep.
Some of my comrades think it's bad news for us, that giants are dangerous and would harm us if they could see us, that they would try to extract our magical essence to compensate for what they lack. But I find this theory too pessimistic. Besides, it doesn't hold water; only giants who have restored their connection to the Universal Source of magic can see us. So, no need to tamper with ours. And anyway, magic is everywhere; it's inexhaustible and accessible to every being who wishes to reach out to it. This means there's no need to be jealous; we can perfectly share while preserving the balance and harmony of Mama Gaia.
Do the five elements ring a bell to you? They are the major families used to recognise the elementals.
First come the aquatics, who take care of our rivers, streams, lakes, waterfalls, etc. It seems that some also live outside the forest, in saltwater, but I've never seen them.
The aquatics are very sensitive and creative beings; they always overflow with original ideas to bring more fluidity to daily life. I like to go to them for advice when I don't know how to manage my emotions. Their suggestions are always very accurate and help me simply go with the flow and rediscover the joy that enlivens me.
Next, come the terrestrials. They are very pragmatic; they take care not only of the soil but also of the trees and vegetation. Their role is to make sure that the structure of the forest is solid and that it ensures our safety. The terrestrials make a good team with the aquatics, who bring them a bit of softness while benefiting from their practical sense.
Then come the flamboyants. To meet them, the best option is to climb to the top of a tree and look at the sky. The flamboyants are sent to warm us up and motivate us. I usually go to them when I struggle to make a decision or take action. They always help me see clearly and rediscover my passion. I admire their honesty and determination a lot.
Well, sometimes they get a bit too excited and risk setting the whole forest on fire, but fortunately, the aerials are never far away. They know how to handle it and almost always manage to temper the fiery nature of the flamboyants by shading them with a few clouds.
The aerials are a bit like the peacekeepers of Fairyland. They are very calm beings who let themselves be carried by the wind and are rather good at communicating. When they don't get too much in their heads, mediation is really their strong point.
And finally, the ethereals are the keepers of the forest's ancestral wisdom. They are the managers of all magical heritage, although their stealthiness and shyness sometimes make them difficult to spot. They are very humble beings, discreet yet omniscient, and they have unlimited resources.
And then there's us, the faes. You've probably heard of the most famous among us, described by one of the few giants who have encountered us. So, you may have heard of fairies, nymphs, elves, and maybe even undines.
In reality, we are a large community of magical beings aligned with the Earth-Cosmos symbiosis, and we evolve in the safety of pristine forests, sheltering under what you call mushrooms, moss, and leaves, in tree trunks, and even underground, for those of us less fond of sunlight. I won't tell you all our names; I'll let you discover them for yourself when the time comes!

Personally, I think that giants are fascinating—so much raw and yet contained power. I can't wait to see the explosion of magic that will occur when the spell is lifted!
I hope you will come to visit us then. I will be delighted to show you around Fairyland and introduce you to everyone!
In the meantime, I wish you a beautiful awakening, a spiritual and energy journey filled with gentleness and light.
❂ See you soon ❂
